The provider of the online competition "Raffle 5x2 tickets for IMOT 2023" (hereinafter "competition") is the please add provider/organiser here (hereinafter "organiser"). Participation in the competition is governed exclusively by the following conditions of participation.

 

2 Participation

2.1 Any person over the age of 18 residing in Germany or Austria is eligible to participate. Employees of the organiser, employees of affiliated companies and their relatives are excluded from participation.

2.2 Participation in the competition is only possible during the period 07.-19.02.2023. Participation in the competition is free of charge. Participation can take place until 19.02.2023 23:59 .

2.3 A valid Instagram account created in the participant's name is required to enter the competition. To enter the competition, the entrant must complete the following actions:

The entrant must complete all of the above actions in order to be entered into the draw.

2.4 Only persons who meet the requirements set out in clause 2 will be entered into the Prize Draw.

 

3.Execution and prize processing

3.1 Only the prizes described in more detail below will be drawn:

5x2 tickets for IMOT 2023.

3.2 The winners will be decided at random within 24 hours after the end of the promotion period. The draw will take place after 19.02.2023 .

3.3 The winner will be notified via his/her Insta account. The prizes will - as far as possible given the nature of the prize - be sent to the winners by post to the address provided during registration. The winner must confirm receipt of the notification, his/her name as well as his/her address within 24 hours after notification of the prize by the Provider to the contact channels stated in the notification. Otherwise, the claim to the prize will lapse and the prize will be awarded to another participant. The participant is responsible for ensuring that he or she receives notification of the prize via his or her Insta account. The prizes communicated on our communication channels during the competition will be converted into local currencies using the exchange rates on the end date of the campaign. Where the prize is participation in a trip, the details of the relevant trips will be arranged in consultation with the winners.

3.4 The transmission of non-cash prizes will only be free of charge for a single delivery attempt within Germany. Otherwise, the winner must bear transport costs and other charges (customs duties, taxes, etc.).

3.5 The claim to the prize cannot be assigned or transferred. The prize cannot be paid out, added to or changed. In the event that the prize cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal value.

3.6 Instagram is not associated with this competition and is not available as a contact for the competition.

 

4.Exclusion from participation

4.1 In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, SW-Motech reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition.

4.2 Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorised aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation (in particular collective or multiple entries, unless these are expressly permitted by the organiser). This is the case, for example, if automatic scripts, hacking tools, Trojans or viruses are used or if a participant gains an advantage through other unauthorised means. Furthermore, untrue personal data and the use of "fake profiles" can lead to exclusion. In such cases, winnings may also be subsequently disallowed and/or reclaimed.

 

5 Premature termination or cancellation of the competition

The organiser is entitled to prematurely terminate, suspend or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances beyond the organiser's control occur which make the original implementation more difficult or unreasonable for the organiser. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorised intervention of third parties, technical problems with hardware or software that are beyond the control of the organiser, as well as legal violations that are directly related to the implementation of the competition, in particular manipulative intervention in the course of the competition.

6.1 The organiser collects and stores any data provided by the participant, such as email address, first and last name, address and other contact address. The data will be used to carry out and process the competition, in particular to determine, notify and announce the winner. Other consents of the participant to the use of his/her data remain unaffected by this.

6.2 Data will only be passed on to third parties to the extent necessary to process the prize distribution. In particular, the relevant data will not be passed on for advertising purposes. Data will only be passed on to third parties without the participant's consent if the organiser is legally obliged to do so.

6.3 Organiser is entitled to mention the winner on its website ... www.sw-motech.de by naming the user name.

6.4 The participant may revoke his/her consent to the use of his/her personal data by Organiser at any time and request that his/her data from the registration for participation in the competition be deleted immediately. A corresponding revocation is to be sent to: info@sw-motech.com.

The organiser will delete the data as soon as the competition has been carried out and ended by drawing lots and delivering the prizes, or as soon as it has been cancelled in accordance with clause 5, unless the participant has separately consented to further processing. The rights of the participant according to clause 6.4 remain unaffected by this. .

9. final provisions

9.1 Legal recourse is excluded.

9.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, to the exclusion of private international law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), which has been incorporated into German law.
